CBA, Control Builder A, On-Line Builder
Dear Stefan ,I wanna work with Advant Master DCS using Control Builder A 1.3. So I prepared the Control Builder A 1.3 and in autorun installation after installing 800xA Common 3rd Party Install, I tried to Install Standalone Central Licensing System (Please Note to 1-CLS Install.PNG).
But yet in the autorun setup for installing central licensing system I receive the part "ABB Local Client Component (LCC) username and password" that i can not pass this step of installation (Please Note to 2-ABB LCC.PNG) because of this error (Please Note to 3-Error.PNG) and also there is not a destination "Start > All Programs > ABB Industrial IT 800xA > System > Licensing> License Entry and then File > Load / Replaces Licenses" to Load Control Builder A licenses (.SLA file) into the licensing system with the ABB License Entry tool. What is ABB Local Client Component (LCC)'s correct username and password? Another problem is errors in Online Builder program that is probably originated from unconvenient registration and licensing the software. When I run the On-Line Builder 3.1-1 error in "Error1-ONB.PNG" apears, then errors in pictures "Error2-ONB.PNG", "Error3-ONB.PNG" and "Error4-ONB.PNG" apears.
So could you help me about it please ? Best wishes, Mojtaba

The account to be specified is very similar to the "800xA Service Account" used in 800xA.
In short, you must manually create this account in the workgroup or domain prior to the CBA installation, give it administrative privileges (being member of local Administrators group) and finally be set with a password of your own free choice.
Suggest removing the ABB software and start from scratch.
FYI: The most recent CBA version is 1.4 which is now also compatible with Win8/2012 (but still OK to use with Win7 and 2008R2). Some corrections are made in 1.4 vs 1.3, please find them in the release notes.
Don't hesitate to engage your regional ABB support center with resolving the installation problems.
