System Feature Agent, SFA is something the CLS is attemting to "wake" in first available server in the system, usually AS1 becomes SFA.
The SFA feature is hosted by the ABB Client License service. The SFA will perform additional tasks, e.g. count TAGS and report the count to the CLS server.
The CLS server expect callbacks from the SFA. If the SFA feature fails the CLS will try to appoint a new SFA in the next available server.
If no SFA callbacks are seen within timeout (some hours) global license annoyance will start.
Previously, single node systems could start to emit "No active SFA" when the aspect server has been stopped for maintenance, etc.. Such errors can be disregarded from.
If the aspect system is up and running but you still get SFA warnings I would stop all ABB service, then remove and finally reinstall the ABB License Software as a first action.
If this does not help, please contact your regional ABB support center for assistance.

One more thing, installing a second license file, e.g. Control Builder A may break the SFA configuration in the CLS.
If this is the case (test by uninstalling CBA license key and reboot), please contact your regional ABB license responsible person and ask for a corrected license key (.sla) file.

Hello,
Please check in the license file there should be SFA if not please check the license file & register the license properly from software factory(contact your respective BU).
if its SFA is available in the SLA file then it may be problem with the license service be sure license service is up & running in Primary AS.If not start the service(windows service)
