Anybody faced the problem of whitescreen in PG2 displays
In My client Plant explorer PG2 displays are showing white screen and i am not able edit PG2 displays.In other end VB displays can edit.
What could be the problem...(In server it is working fine.)
Sounds like a problem with .NET.
At version 5.0:
1) Install or reinstall https://support.microsoft.com/en-us/kb/967634
2) Perform .NET cleanup (https://support.microsoft.com/en-us/kb/2698555) and reinstall.
At version 5.1:
1) Reinstall the 800xA Common Third Party software bundle
(DVD1>Manual Installation>3rd Party Software & Tools>800xA Common Install)
2) Install or reinstall https://support.microsoft.com/en-us/kb/2667241
