we have one 800XA installation, we define one DNS server, and we have one redundant aspect and connectivity server.
customer server (corporate) is having problems of conflicts with 800XA server,
what can we do to warranty the correct operation of 800XA system and hava not conflicts with corporate server?

Im going to echo what Wyvan just said....
Your 800xA system should not be connected to your corporate domain like this. This is HORRIBLY insecure, and changes to the Corporate Domain by IT support are pretty much guaranteed to break the DCS at some point ( I guess you probably already know this of course ).
Your 800xA system should be completly isolated from the Corporate domain by using at minimum a firewall with Network Address Translation (NAT). Details of how to set this up are in the 800xA Network Configuration manual, Section 5
And NO. You should NOT make a windows subdomain for your DCS. This makes the problem even worse. You should use a local windows domain.
If you really need to share some physical network hardware, then setup a VLAN on those shared switches to ensure DCS and Corporate internet traffic cannot meet.
