800XA OPC communication issue
I am having 2 seperate 800 XA system ( Coke and By product ) There is data exchange between these 2 systems via OPC DA.
This OPC is configured via History server of Coke and CS of By product.
Data exchange happening smoothly.
But data exchange stopped suddenyl,checked services found both side undefined state. Tried to restart service but services not healthy.
Physical connection becomes healthy as i amable to ping from both side.
While checking Windows service components, RTDB - OPC DA service was not started in By product were as it is running in Coke system.
I tried to restart at by product side, but it is showing error as attached in attachment.
The DATA drive of the DCN & History Server nodes contain a directory with log files having connection information for all of the services of the History product, (typically this is the D:\ drive), in both the DCN node(s) and the History Server node(s).
A sub-directory of this location is D:\RTDBData\diag\OPCServer. This directory will contain connection information about the RTDB OPC Server. Investigate these log files for additional information on this connection.
