Freelance CBF OPC GATEWAY - NO CONNECTION
System: AC800F, Freelance CBF 8.2, Freelance OPC server, PPB HMI
In one of the customer site, everything was working fine before. operator reported data not updating properly in the PPB HMI though the data is updating properly in the controller CBF Online mode.
We restarted the OPC server still same problem data is not updating properly. also after restarting the OPC server CBF OPC GATEWAY also showing no connection eventhough.
a) able to ping from EWS-CBF machine to OPC server
b) Firewall desabled in both EWS-CBF and OPC server.
kindly help us resolve the issue.

Obviously something was changed on site. Either in the network or the configuration. Find out what it was and take it from there.
You can also use a third party OPC client and connect it to the Freelance OPC Gateway to see if the OPC client shows the data updating.
Btw, what do you mean with "..not updating properly"? Does it not update at all, or only sporadically?
Best open a Level 3 case with the Support organization.
