PM864 intentionally stopped.
One customer contacted me about an PM864 (non-redundant configuration) controller error. It was obligated to restart the controller after the unknown failure.
The main message included in the controller log is:
4104 irq err
This PM has been intentionally stopped.
- CPU stall timer has expired (Acknowledged)
- Manual shutdown was requested, error code : 4104
Press init button or remove power to restart...
The Control Builder M version is 5.0.1 and the PM864 firmware version is 5.0.1/2 (Build 5.0.1005.4). The customer already changed the controller hardware (CPU and baseplate) and that failure reappears.
I attached the controller log, data from System Diagnostics, data about firmware (controller and CIs) and Task Overview data from Contro Builder M.
Thanks everyone for the attention.
Tune the tasks first, they don't seem right. See manual 3BSE043732-510 AC800M Planning, page 132, "Task tuning"
If problems is persistent still, upgrade to at least ver. 5.0.2/2 (5.0 SP2 revision C.) and update the firmware. There is very rare problem with the firmware you said is used, but first correct the tasks.
