As for Your question on LIN function block:
1) First You need to declare the FB. Use standard formula - it should look something like this: LIN_FB: LIN;
2) When calling the block use library to always have proper config.
3) When calling function block use tag name, then parameters in parenthesis "()". Use := for inputs and => for outputs. It should look something like this: LIN_FB (IN:= PT100R, OUT=> DispR).
4) Use parameter window to set KL.

copy paste this in your ST program, follow start/stop
PROGRAM xyz(program name)
(* start copy here*)
(*Stop copy here, B1 is tag name here*)
To configure parameterisation just double click on B1.
