Trend Display long response issue
We are still having an issue with Trend display long response (several minutes for 1 15 minutes trend).
Please see attached Basic history Service provider status aspects screenshots.
I have also noticed that we have two AdvHtHistorySrv.exe processes running at the same time. Is it normal?
AfwAppLogViewer reports 0.888 and 85.714 PercentSynchronized for two processes versus 0.89248% in Service Provider status aspect for CS-02-A.
For CS-02-B: 99.487 and 85.714 PercentSynchronized in AfwAppLogViewerfor versus 100% in Service Provider status aspect.
PercentSynchronized shall reach 100% some time after both redundant service providers have started and reached service state. Time depends on size of log configuration (number of logs, file size and density of logged data).
You have close to 15.000 logs (the System Guide state 10.000 per pair of connectivity servers) so expect a bit less performance.
I strongly recommend upgrading to a version where Basic History has been made ”LargeAddressAware” (able to use more than 32-bit memory space): this started with 5.1 RevD RU5 and later, see release notes.
Inactive logs will not sync. Have all activated, or delete inactive logs. Log Summary will list state of descendant Log Configuration aspects.
Applog has operations named ”ListCollectorMap” and ”ListPending/SynchingLogs”, use them to identify troublemaking logs.
