The folders apppinted by the environment variables %HS_TMP% and %HS_LOG% may contain logfiles shedding light over the problem. Please check and revert.
On 5.0 SP2 IM too many CPU cores could hamper Oracle. If possible shut down as many cores as possible and make a new attempt to verify this theory.
Suggest filing a regular support case with your regional ABB support center if you can't manage this on your own.

Hello,
please ensure the following before creating the db through oracle instance wizard.
1.ensure local administrator,800xainstaller & 800xaservice account should be member of the ora_dba & historyadmin group in IM server.
2.ensure tns listner service is running in windows services.
3.ensure nodename with domain extension is updated in the following :
files tnsnames.ora,listener.ora & sqlnet.ora as per the post installation manual
3bua000156-510_c_en_system_800xa_5.1_post_installation
page no 179 onwards
then log in as local administrator & create the database.
Oracle 64-bit is sensitive for DNS/name lookup problems.
Disable ALL but the primary client/server network interface card during database creation.
Check if you ahave also done the same mistake. Because I have also observed same error before and the issue was with Automated Installation procedure. Because in 800xA 5.1 64bit SW Version ,we must install the Oracle (Third Party SW) only when it prompts to do so. And when it prompts then select the Oracle SW from DVD 5 and continue installation and check that same error will not appear again...
