These are common questions for "new" players within the Infi90-SymphonyPlus systems.
Do i need repalce both BRC100 by both module BRC410 ? - Yes. In a redundant setup both controllers need to be the same type and firmware level.
Do i need upload program from the old module BRC100 and download to BRC410 if can ? - Normally yes, but you would have copies of the "program" within your toolset like Composer. You should run a "Verify" from Composer to ensure your offline code is the same as your online. Then you can compile and download the BRC100 code to the BRC410 when needed.
Do i need change the system program and parameter to define BRC410? Yes , however not essentual for operation. You need to re-define the Status tag within the HMI to ensure proper indication of issues of the BRC410 (as it has more features than the BRC100) and also Composer. This way any changes that are present in the system from setup are properly indicated.
Card replacement is detailed in the manuals.
