Database Replication Failure in Redundant Harmony Config and Connect Servers
Hello All,
I'm having a database replication failure in a redundant Harmony Config and Connect pair in 800xA 5.1 RevA after the primary server had crashed in 2015-02-24 (no direct login neither remote access with RDP was possible but 800xA services kept running normally) then, it was rebooted seemed to be OK.
Since that date, the SQL in HC1 is successfully done but the HC2 subscription fails, see attached images.
Does anybody know how to fix it?
Best regards,
Marco

This is never easy depedning on the problem. You are not clear o the existing condition: were the replication working before the crash? Does "Replicate Now" function? What error do you get if you press this button? Or is it a case that one of the SQL replication databases is just missing? Also what architecture are you running? Is the "Configserver" node one of the ones shown here or is it a separate node?
If you look into SQL Server directly do you see all the nodes (except Configserver) in the Repication Monitoring tools?
Anyway, there are several methods that can be used to restore the databases. Without understanding fully the situation it can be difficult to give direct advise on your situation and how to resolve.
I would suggest contact ABB support in your local area and let someone directly access your machines to resolve (or travel to site) as this is uaully the best way to resolve without spening pages of emails to explain (to many variables that cause this issue).
