800xA5_1FP4 PNSM for Hirschmann Switch Monitoring
Hello There,
We are monitoring a group of Hirschmann switches RS20_RS30 and MACH_1000 using the PNSM Library in several sites using 800xA SV5.1 FP4.
After we completed the configuration and populate / Load Asset Monitors, the information displayed on faceplate is not completed. "Condition' Tab information displays bad data quality while 'Information' and 'Configuration' tabs display valid data. Also, the faceplate indicate an alarm is active but the alarm list is empty.
In the IT Control Connection Aspect, when we subscribe for live data the SNMP_HMPRIV_MGMT_SNMP_MIB_hmSigConConfigTable_ContacthmSigConOperState and SNMP_RFC1213_MIB_system-system-sysName.Quality parameters are in Bad quality. Any other parameters are in good quality.
This monitoring used to work fine before upgrading from FP1 in two sites and we are having the same issue in one clean installation.
Any help will be appreciated.
Thanks in Advance
Kind Regards,

I recommend filing a regular support case with you regional ABB support center.
Have you replaced or reloaded the PNSM server node? You may then need to re-run the PNSM Base object type + any custom added types install scripts to get the MIBs back in place. Please also check that you are running with the most recent version.
