Take the trusted benefits of ABB’s SolutionsBank on-the-go with the new SVMobile app. The app, available in the Apple Store and Google Play, provides increased flexibility and allows for faster decision making. With SVMobile, users can create a new support case moments after an issue presents itself, and monitor all existing cases associated with the facility, whether they are in the field, the plant, or the office.
Enhanced decision support goes both ways: SVMobile users can aid in their own case’s resolution by including files and photos (where allowed) associated with their support case to provide ABB’s Customer Service Representative with more information about the issue at hand.
The app is free to download. Only ABB customers with a SolutionsBank subscription will be eligible to log in and use SVMobile’s features.
