Need your valuable suggestions in making the system faster.

Well, first of all. Please can you define what you mean by "slow".
Call up times for graphics can vary considerably, depending on many factors. The MOST important of these is Network speed. So check that your network is configured properly, all the network settings on all computers and routers are configured according to the installation guide and that the RNRP diagnostic utility shows no errors.
Next is the disk performance of your aspect and connectivity servers. Calling up a graphic ( and also compiling CB code ) is farly disk intensive. Presumambly you are using approved hardware, with raid controllers on the AS and CS disk sets and these are working correctly ?
On graphics, right mouse click ( as an engineer ) gives a diagnostic utility to show what is affecting the callup time for a graphic. graphics with large numbers of OPC items can become quite slow. Late Binding in PG2 graphics can be very slow and should be avoided if at all possible. If your graphics use large numbers of OPC connections, then try to see if they can be simplified. If you have eliminated hardwre and installation problems, then speeding up graphics will require you to work through the specific details in the diagnostics.
For downloading code - large applications can take quite some time to download. Also, restarting the engineering station can sometimes help. Finally, I have seen instances where repeated downloads ( over several weeks or months eg during commissioning ) can become slower and this is only resolved by restarting the controller.
First I would like you to check the network configuration, check for any possible network loops, speed and duplex settings, etc.
Fo improved graphic performance there is a technical description if you are using VB.

Please contact the local suppot organization as they can conduct specific checks on the system.
