Batch overview and event list
We have some difficulties to recover information from old batch with 800xA.
At the beginning (before scheduling), parameters in history options are the following :
- Events : operators changes + all other batch events
- Batch manager actions : Full with parameters values
- Phases : Full with parameters values.
At the end (batch aborted, terminated, completed...) : we can only find basic values (start & end bloc...) in the event list.
How can we access to other parameters, for example acknowledgement or changement of state by an operator (or by a security...)? With our older system (DCI syst. six), it was easily accessible by this way, but with 800xA??
Thanks / Regards
Batch Manger Actions and Phase parameter information should still be available in the batch history. You should also check the Micellaneous Configuration aspect, History Options Tab and confirm what options are selected. You can find this in the Library Structure, Batch Management, Configuration. Be aware that batch history local to the batch manager is limited and is not intended for long term storage. Information Manager should be used for long term storage, reporting and archive of batch records.
Several month ago I tried to hide equipment from an other unit for some users (see my answer : batch cell def + security def with read denied).
However, users ask me to do the same thing with the "batch history overview" aspect.
Do you have an idea to force the cell filter for an user:
Operator1 => Cell 1 (and not *ALL* or default cell)
Operator2 => Cell 2 (and not *ALL* or default cell)Thanks in advance
