Can we access to AC800M remotely via internet? On the site there is no CCB in PC, only OPC server.

While its probably not impossible, it isnt going to be easy. Control Builder uses several different ports for different functions and most of these are not going to work over an internet connection without setting up some port forwarding and redirection. Its not going to be something you can get working in a couple of hours.
Communication between the PLC and CCB uses MMS over ethernet. This protocol really isn't designed to be connected to an open internet connection ( for some really obvious reasons )
Even if you can make a connection, the PLC is going to fail again one day. Put the application on a CF card and send it to site so this problem wont be repeated..

Let me add to Rob's answer, if you are using a system newer than SV5.0 you will have problems to see the controller in CBM, as we have implemented SW firewalls and security enhancements.
Thus the Engineering Station (Remote) would have to be defined as a Client of the System first, than it shoul be possible to do without too many issues.
PD cHeck also firewalls, ports, etc.
