Please help me to generate SMS and automatic mail delivery of daily report.

SMS and Email configaration is
described in 3BDS011222-510_en_System_800xA_5.1_Configuration Manual.

Yes. SMS and email messaging does require a license. The part number for v5.1 is 3BSE061251R1. You can find it in the product catalog.

You have the tag compact HMI selected, do you use that? Problably you can not license it and thus not use it.
