Operator Workplace problem
I couldn't open the operator workplace on Operator Computer.Screenshoots is on the appendix.How can I solve this problem?
*I check the antivirus.
*I check the firewall is OFF
*I check the services.
On priority first make these changes, and make sure these are done correct.
1) OPERATOR ACCOUNT NAME, in both your Server Machine and Client Machine, must be same.
2) Date, Time should be exact matching in both Machines( Server & Client machine)
3) License should have been properly loaded.
4) Check in your Service Connection Viewer, that all services should be healthy.
Still if prob persists, then install your fresh Client PC again, and then go with the Restoration of your Backup.
