dublicate event message
I've seen this problem in different connectivities and systems (V5.0+advant+800M and V5.1+advant).
If the alarm come I have two similar lines, if it goes only one, please see attached file.
If I check the event details of both "New" alarms, they are completly the same.
I do not know the exact reason but you may check the below
1. If you have redundant service providers then one should be in service and other in standby. This may occur if both SP are in service for some reason.
2.Check the special configuration in all service groups under event collector service. Ensure only one service group alarm server is connected to OPC AE AC800M.
3.If these are soft alarms then check the SP under soft alarm service. Only one SP should be in service.
4.If these alarms are generated from application then it may be worth while to check the code once.
Duplicate Events are also appeared in the system when you exceed any of feature licenses.
Say, I have 4 licenses for feature: OPERATOR_WPL and all 4 licenses are already used. While I will try to open 5th instance (i.e. 5th Operator workplace), I will be getting (2) same messages in the License status viewer window and in Event list.
So please make sure you are not exceeded license count of any features.
