Hi hgarcia,
This may be caused by many different factors.
Do You observe time synchronization on Your Engineering Station?
Which version of Freelance and Windows systems are You using?
What type of user account have You configured for Engineering user?
What UAC settings do You have in Windows?
Do you have proper IP settings (address, mask, etc.) and is it in standard Freelance subnet?
Normally tiem sync works fine (assuming it is enabled) on standard Freelance network (172.16.1.x with 255.255.240.0 mask) with disabled UAC and administrator account but in newer versions (2016SP1) there where some changes to how the accounts should be configured (it was connected with UAC compatibility). You can check the Release Notes for details.
Hope this helps,
Mike
