A customer has a PP845 panel, customer can' reset alarms any more.
Appreciate any hint!
Hi, it could be due to many reasons. Please provide more information or picture, which alarms and how they are configured. How they try to reset alarms? Normally alarms are defined in the controller and use following statuses: active unacknowledged, active acknowledged, inactive unacknowledged, inactive

It is a too general description - please provide details. What do you mean with "reset alarms"?
As a very, very simple answer - they should check first if the communication between the panel and PLC is OK.
Thanks a lot for the feedback, I am now just trying to collect more info from the customer.
The issue is the there are certain alarms which un-acknowlegable, can't be acknowledged.
Alle other alarms can be acknwleged.
It seems that certain alarms have got a wrong status in the alarm management file on the panel.
I asked the customer if it is possible to reset the panel and download the application again, but it is not the preferable solution for the customer.
