IM Logs in Translating State
I'm working in a 800xA 5.0 Sp2 RevC and some log are in "Translating" state and they appear as "Pending" in IM Active/Inactive table.
I've looked to disk space in the server and it's OK and "Space Quota" for flat files is OK too.
Can you tell what "Translating" state means and how to make those logs go to "Active" state?
The most likely cause is may be that log is inconsitent so please clean the Hsdbmaint -clean & check the synchronization of the logs in IM server(IM manager) if you find any signals which are not sync then run the force sync but ensure while running trending may stop for few minutes depending on your number of logs & table space
