It is basically Service Structure configuration getting disturbed again and again.
Atlast, we ended that first we should before building any project...we should proceed in a decent manner.
First make a fresh install of windows7.
(specially disable the Firewall)
Then make a successfull correct installation of Compact HMI software.
Try to not being in the internet connection ,till we have established a well stable system configuration, etc.
Later then after successful installation, system will restart( or give it manually). Now check in System tray of your window(left side desktop), software symbol is Green. Right click it , and select Service Connection Viewer, and check inside that all services at this first step MUST be OK.
Now, go inside your Control Structure. If working with PLC connect, and then Generic Control Network ,configure it well. And then create a new controller, giving it PlcOpcClient version... , and below select ABB.AC800MC_opcdaserver.3$localhost.
Finally make deploy.
and now make download and go online, make your OPC panel high(yellow smiley)
Finally, search and assign OPC signals to your items.

Other Details are : COMPACT HMI 5.1, along with its Control Builder. I am getting able to get connected into OPC panel ( example IP - 127.0.0.1:2 , also yellow smiley is Ok )
Further , also I am able to access the variables in Signal configuration in Control Structure of any particular signal .
But, after connecting it in SCADA, it shows me RED CROSS on that item, also, and when I check OBJECT DIALOG ....then it show me GRAY COLORED CIRCLE and "?", ...with message Unknown Error.
