AI801 Calibration for 4-20ma Analoge Signal
I need your help to know the calibration ranges for AI801 with AC800F for 4-20ma signal
I have used attached UDFB but it is not working well , I think Scale input start & end
and Scale output start & end for Scale Change SCAL function may be the reason
could you please help me with the actual scale values for AI801 Channel (INT)

The easiest way to scale an input signal from s800 module is to use Scale Ccange SCAL Function Block. See example below (it converts INT variable assigned to IO signal to its value in mA):
In the example above the 4...20 mA signal is converted with over- and under-range. The input scale range for 4...20mA is 0...28480.

As per memory map for physical 4-20 mA, Min. underrange value should be -7120(-25%) and Nom. Overrange value should be 32704(115%) in your UFB raw value scal end is 32752. Also measuring range start/end needs to be changed to (-25% to 115%).
But why can't you use readily available UFB in Apps, check associated apps here, or you can check under freelance export folder at this path C:\Program Files\ABB Industrial IT\Freelance\export\S800_UFBs_US to import ufb.
