Please refer attached doc which is relevant to how to configure process alarm in Compact HMI. I think it will help you for your question.

Hello,
I have also faced same problem in V5.0 & V5.1 of not getting alarms via AC800M OPC AE server in CHMI.
As on date i can suggest a work around which is stated as follows.
1. Do all the necessary configurations as mentioned in the CHMI Getting started manual related to OPC AE server configurations.
2. Add the aspect OPC Source Name to the Signal which you have connected to the Variable connected to Signal Pin of 'AlarmCond' function block. Refer the attachments below.
3. In the name field of OPC Source name aspect, type the String value same as that in Control Builder program for the variable defined for 'SrcName' in AlarmCond function block. Refer attachment 02.
4. Deploy.
Ensure that the time in the AlarmCond function block is the same as your system time.

If the Alarm/Event is generated in the Controllerm then Compact HMI needs to have an Object with the name of the Alarm (See also workarround described by vijayaram)
Another way to get the Alarm Objects into the Compact HMI Structure:
- In PLC Connect you will find an PLC Uploader Aspect (similar to the Uploader in AC800M with
800xA). Here you can perform an upload of e.g. only the Alarm Function Blocks (by use of Filter).
When this upload has been performed, all the Objects with the correct names are available and
then Alarms from AC800M are working as expected!
