CS31 bus module analog values freeze
Hello!
We are currently commisioning a project with AC500 PM585-ETH CPU. To that CPU we have connected three DC551-CS31, digital input/output (8DI, 16DC 24VDC /0,5A 1-wire) bus modules. To those bus modules we have connected DI524 DI-modules, DO524 DO-moduels and AO523 AO-modules.
The problem is that sometimes the analog output module output current values just freeze. The monitored value reading at automation builder is changing according to the CodeSys PLC program, but the outgoing current and the indicator light at the physical analog module is not. At that time there are no CS-31 bus errors or anything like that. The value at the channel just stays the same until the supply voltage feeding that bus module is restarted.
Any suggestions?

Okay. We may have found the solution to this problem. The values didn't actually freeze, but the system were writing values from slot rack 3, slot 7, channel 5 to rack 2, slot 2, channel 5 and 3-7-6 to 2-2-6 etc. That happened even though the address and variable configurations were correct. We are suspecting that the addresses got somehow corrupted in the automation builder project and thus the signal values were written to a wrong place. However we fixed this by deleting both analog output modules that had mixed signals from the device view and added them again. Atleast now it seems like the analog values are going as they first should have.
