The Applogviewer for a client node shows multiple workplaces running with the same PID the client also becomes unresponsive. Any idea what can cause this behaviour.
The applogviewer may under certain circumstances show multiple rows with the same application and PID.
Rows in green color signifies a lost/closed connection - which is normal if the client application has exited or voluntarily disconnected on its own request.
Unresponsive clients can have a number of reasons:
1) Network connection with the system is broken or impaired
2) Server is overloaded or running out of resources
3) Client is overloaded or running out of resources
4) Something in the client has stopped working (the watchdog typically detects this after 30 seconds timeout and paints the frozen window with a red frame)
