synchronization disabled in information management server

As you can see in the attachment that synchronization status has disabled due to not having enough disk or database space.
I have freer space in C and E drive and having free space 36 and 60 GB respectively. still I am unable to activate the state.
and also some IM log template has stopped working in one application though the same IM log is working for some other application.
kindly suggest the resolution ...
Open oracle instance wizard on IM node, check the Disk Usage Summary. (right click on the IM management Icon in the task bar, and select Oracle instance wizard). Check "Flat File Quota (MB)" and verify that the amount of Quota is sufficient to support your configuration.
