History Logs not updating in IM Server
In our system the IM Logs are not getting created.While checking InformIT History Manager in IM Server the synchronisaion state is disabled- Not enough disk or database space.But there is sufficient disk space left.
There is no redundant IM Server.attached Instance_config file.

You indicated that there is sufficient disk space, however, it is not the size of the disk that is important, it is the amount of space that has been alocated to the "Flat File Quota (MB)" that is important. Open the Oracle Instance Wizard, and verify that the amount of Quota is sufficient to support your configuration.
Example:
If this does not resolve your issue, you will need to open a Support Case with your local RAC. When opening the the case, include the contents of the IM HS_LOG files. Type %HS_LOG% into the address window of the Windows Explorer. This will bring you to the folder that contains the "*.log" files of the IM. ZIP all the files in this folder and send them with your request to open a Support Case.

I would suggest, look at the oracle instance wizard, it may give some clue of the issue (right click on the IM management Icon in the task bar, and select Oracle instance wizard).
