Error in loading extension file for CHMI 5.0
Hi users,
I have installed CHMI 5.0 and had no errors during installation. The default CHMI has been loaded and before stopping it i loaded the system extensions. During loading the extensions i am unable to load the " DM & PM application extensions". This is found in engineering studio 5.0. As a result of this when i load my backup i get errors in it and couldnt open it. Kindly clarify on this issue please.

DM & PM in 5.0 depends on a MS SQL Desktop Engine database named "EBInstance" to be available.
I believe there is a problem with the EBInstance; maybe a missing prerequisite, etc. preventing DM & PM to connect to it.
Problems could arise if you delete / change the user account used to perform the installation - so avoid that.
The MS SQL Desktop Engine / EBInstance has an icon in the system tray; it shall display a green arrow slowly flashing between two shades of green.
Try reviewing your installation procedure and perhaps repeat it from scratch.
