OPC connection FactoryTalk and AfwOpcDaSurrogate
I have a problem with OPC bettween FactoryTalk historian and connectivity server 800xA.
- This connection is bettween two nodes of diferents domains.
Then we configured DCOM with this structure: image in file attached name "OPC Connection.pdf"
Also we used this configuiration filter FTLD for FactoryTalk Historian. image in file attached name "OPC Connection.pdf"
Then we tray connection with opcclient name "ROCKWELL SOFTWARE DATA CLIENT" to ABB.afwopcdasurrogate.1 and all is OK. image in file attached name "OPC Connection.pdf"
But when we connect from FactoryTalk Historian connection is Failed. image in file attached name "OPC Connection.pdf"
We need help for this please...Thanks

Does the FactoryTalk Historian run as a different user than the test client?
DCOM permission in server side must allow the FT Historian to remote launch and activate. The surrogate must "launch as This user" and a known 800xA account with appropriate permission (read: NOT administrative privileges, preferrably read access only).
DCOM permission in client side must allow the 800xA account on the server side to access the FT Historian process to be able to post asynchronous answers back to it.
Asynchronous DCOM across different domains is complex.
