How to locate Unplaced Objects in 800xA
While taking 800xA Maintenance back-up, there is a warning as "Unplaced Objects Exist". When looked into the 800xA back-up, there is a file called "Unplacedbjects.afw" and this afw file contain some objects but only a GUID number. When I try and search this GUID number, there is nothing in the system(Tried Windows Search, 800xA search tool).
Does anyone know how to locate these unplaced objects in the 800xA?

Did you search the guid like this :{GUID} in Afw search tool?
As well look into Obsolete structure and also under lost and found object in control structure.
The content of UnplacedObjects.afw should appear when searched for by GUID. Did you use correct syntax? {GUID} Try a known object’s GUID first (look in right click->Details...).
One reason for an object to go invisible (by name or structure path) is corruption in parent-child references (a double link). These links can be checked/repaired with the AfwSCT.exe tool.
