Repeat Fail Block RP_F_BLK and alarm state ABL
How does the state of the Repeat Fail Block flag relate to the alarm state ABL?
For example, as configured if the alarm state changes more than 3 times without the operator acknowledging the alarm then the RP_F_BLK flag is set and the alarm is no longer updated. The alarm state shows ABL (auto disabled).
If the alarm where then to be acknowledged I would expect that the RP_F_BLK flag be reset and the alarm state change to either RTN (normal) or ACT (alarm) but we have alarms in the alarm list where the RP_F_BLK is OFF but the alarm remains disabled (state = ABL)
