Hello,
normally you can solve this by setting the Controller Hardware setting "AE Max number of event subscriptions" to 3 in CBM, default 2.

The AC 800M OPC server is dependent on the FSD service (which consists of a server part running in all aspect servers and a client part running in all nodes) to store and distribute files created by Control Builder M while downloading with Online.
Sometimes problems can arise with this distribution of files. The FSD Util (part of CBM) can be used to examine the FSD content. This is not easily described here in a few words - begin with probing the FSD content of the downloaded applications (in the Control Structure). There is a fileset versioning that can be used to tell if there has been an update.
Then use two different CBM/FSD Util tools with affinity for different aspect servers to tell if the versioning is in sync when the problem strikes next time. If not, you have found a very probable explanation to the problem.
The FSD Service can be toggled, the local FSD client process can be restarted (end task on AfwFSDNode.exe) and the local cache (\OperateITTemp\FsdCache) can be erased when troubleshooting this problem. A new download (with some minimal changes in the application) has sometimes proven to resolve the problem.
