800xA 6.0.3 Operator Workplace Crashes via Remote Desktop Session
When TeamViewer is used to give remote asisstance on an 800xA 6.0.3 system, and the Operator Workplace is opened after the connection, it crashes.
However when the workplace is opened first, and then the TeamViewer session is started it works fine.
The Engineering workplace work fine.
Is this a known Problem or is TeamViewer is using similar ports/memory location as 800xA? It looks like from the crash info that some BatchRpdAso.dll has a conflict...
I have attached a screesnhot of the crash

This will not answer your question, but as far as I know TeamViewer is not on the 3BUA000500 list of approved third party software.
A remote control software goes under the skin of Windows, something that can have adverse effects on software not built for this kind of manipulation. Hotkeys for example is probably an area of concern as the workplace will try to catch keypresses made in the background.
If you suspect the Batch DLL, try on a system w/o batch.
The Dump On Exception feature should produce a dump file which R&D can analyze. I cannot answer if such analysis would be made free of charge or not.
