AC500 IO Channel Error
Hello,
I have the following problem, after doing some tests with equipment in the field, I started to connect with the PLC (PM573) and then to do several tests remotely without success. I decided to connect locally, when I saw the cards had turned on red the led CH-ERR in all.
Someone can help me, I have restarted to factory the driver and downloaded the program again, but the problem persists.
Attached two images, one is what I see from the Control Builder on the DI524 card and the other a photograph of the DI524 showing the active 1.0 / 1.7 channels.
Thank you

Greetings,
I noticed that, you only connect power cable for one terminal group.
Could you please connect all ZP and UP terminals for your cards.
Hope it helps you.

Hi
As Titus correctly wrote, make sure that the connection to the power supply of every module is right, in addition to this i suggest you to link and test one module at a time, inserting it first as HW - pay attention to the UP / ZP wire and then enable in the SW Control Builder / your program.
Hope this help you
