Error in ABB System 800xA backup: GetEnum:8007000e
one of our customers has a problem with the 800xA application backup. It contains this error:
Does anyone recognise this error message in the backup?
Please share the backup log with us, at least the parts where the error occur.
Basic troubleshooting is:
- Locate the object/aspect refusing export through backup
- Try exporting it manually
- Try reconfigure it, possibly delete and recreate from scratch
- Try export again
- Check system extensions (all should go everywhere, but MUST be properly installed in the aspect server running the backup)
