Redundant Controllers with Profibus DO810 I/O force the Digital output to zero when the Primary is online.
FREELANCE Primary and Redundant AC800f controller with S800 I/O. Found the Primary Controller failed over to the redundant. Everything appeared to me in synch so fiailed the controller back to the primary. The moment we toggled the controll back Primary several Digital Outputs appear to de-engerzies force some pumps to shut off. The moment we toggled back to the redudant all the efected Digital Outputs return the the correct value.
Customer is not sure if this effected all the Digital Outputs because had return control to the redundant controller.
All profibus cabling were checked. I still beleive this is hardware issue but not sure where to look.

What about the Tmto (Slave redundance takeover time)?
Is it on Standardvalue or have you increased this time.
